Our sardines are landed only during the finest three months of the season, while Millésime sardines are reserved for just 14 special days each year. All come exclusively from the coast of Brittany, where waters are protected and fishing is strictly limited. We partner solely with local fishermen who practice the traditional seine method — a gentle, selective way of fishing that safeguards other marine life and fully upholds the principles of sustainability.

The sardines arrive at the harbor chilled and fresh in the early morning. Each one is carefully inspected, then cleaned by hand with a knife — innards removed, fins trimmed, nothing rushed. Every tin is packed with care and precision: just five sardines, laid gently side by side, then topped with the finest olive oil or a refined marinade. Time does the rest. Through slow, patient maturation, the flavors deepen and the texture softens — resulting in a perfect harmony of taste, texture, and tradition in every tin.

We use only the finest fish — large, naturally rich in flavour and Omega-3. Paired with organic olive oil and ingredients of the highest quality, every detail matters. Seasoned with Brittany sea salt and prepared with techniques refined over generations — never rushed, never imitated. That is what makes our sardines truly exceptional.
